I liked this bluetooth headpiece right away. It's small, easy to use and lightweight. It's comfortable. There might have been a couple of times when someone said that it was hard to hear me, but I don't think that was the fault of the headset. I have been using it with my Blackberry and it's been great. I would recommend this product to a friend.

this is not the real 410 guys its actually the fake one i just received one and i'm furious. beware of what you buy, they're s a lot of fake blue tooths out there.
