The Motorola H780 Bluetooth headset that I received was not as expected. The unit is rather flimsy and cuts in and out during conversations. The headset did not come with the interchangeable ear cushions that were suppose to enhance performance by providing a good fit on your ear. I was told by the vendor that the ear cushions were not included so that they could offer the headset at a reduced cost. It's not worth the money--not even the discounted price!
