I have only had it for a day and it sucks. I bought it cause i liked the design and the color and that it fit in my ear really good, but everyone i talk to on it couldn't hear me if there is any noise in the background. Anytime i touch it i either hang up on the person I'm talking to or call the last person i talked to. I've used a few bluetooth headsets and this is the worst for background noise. I wish it would have worked like it says it does cause it is cool. I will be returning it.

This headset is unusable because it's impossible to place this headset on your ear without hitting the call/hang up button. I ended up placing too many accidental calls to count and I hung up on people while adjusting the headset on my ear. I am returning this headset - all of the other features don't matter if you are constanting calling people by accident and hanging up on others.

I have tried many different bluetooth headsets and have hated them all! I never found one that was comfortable enough or that fit right. I ordered this one as a last-ditch effort to find one to use while driving. It takes a little while to get used to as the call button is ill-placed (I am constantly re-dialing my last call by accident while placing it in my ear), but overall, I love this little gadget! And its very small, so it's not standing out there like a sore thumb. Call quality is great, no feedback either. I have had this for a week and haven't had to recharge it yet. Kudos to Samsung for this wonderful little device!
