I recently bought this since I lost my Jabra that I had. Overall this is a pretty good bluetooth. The volume is good and so is the quality. There are only two things which could be better. One is the ear hook. It is kind of uncomfortable so I wear it without it. The other thing is the volume buttons are kind of small so they take a while to get use to. Overall, pretty good.

the sound quality might be good but the ear hook sucks. It never stays on your ear, its uncomfortable. I even bought another ear hook to try it out but it doesn't work. My wife's cardio scala has the best ear hook and is comfortable. Regret buying this samsung.

I had to pay $4.95 to update the iPod and enable bluetooth but it was worth it. it's nice that they included a headjack wire in case the headphone battery runs out. haven't tested the battery life yet but these sound great and have great range.

I bought this product before it was available here on another website. If you use it with just your bluetooth-enabled phone, I'm sure this will work fine for you. However, if you use the 3.5mm cable included, you cannot use the bluetooth. When you connect the cable, you cannot listen to the music unless you turn the bluetooth portion off. If you have the bluetooth turned on, you cannot listen to the music. It was a waste of my money. The headphones sounded great, but I could have bought a pair of wired headphones just as good for half the price. Why would I purchase bluetooth headphones if I couldn't use the bluetooth feature?

Had a Motorola Motorokr S9. After a few short months it wouldn't advance or adjust volume so had to look for new Bluetooth Headset. I got this one because the price was right and the reviews all claimed the sound quality was really good. The product arrived almost immediately, charged within just a couple hours, paired effortlessly to Blackberry Storm, and the difference in sound between this and the previous headset was phenomenal. Deep bass, rich sound, easily clips to your tee-shirt (or use the provided lanyard). The only flaw I can see is that only one set of earbuds is shipped and they're kinda small for my ears. However, since you can plug any set of headphones into the unit, I can use any of the many standard earbud phones I've got laying around (though I was trying to get away from wires). The wires on this unit are half the length of standard earbud phones with jack which is a big plus. The controls are easy to use. This was a definite upgrade from the Motorola Motorokr. If you're on a budget these definitely deliver!

The battery charges quickly, and lasts me through the day (haven't actually run it dry yet). It sounds excellent. It's essentially the same quality that I get using a wired headset, with only a slight decrease in quality. The eraser-like size is very nice. It works perfectly with my MacBook. Once paired, I never have to fiddle with it again. I just tell my MacBook "Use Headphones" or "Use Headset" for microphone too, and away I go!



I have no regrets. What more can I say? It's almost perfect for me.

I don't know if it is my phone or this bluetooth headset,but when i plug it in in my car thru the cassete tape adapter and if you put the valume level of the headset on max - you will notice huge encrease in highs and bass!!!I did some tests and came up with the conclusion that maybe this headset has a special audio cart or something!!!Well worth the money!!!

when the iPhone finally allowed you to connect with a stereo bluetooth headset without an adapter. This allows me to connect my own pair of Shure E530 and the sound quality is really good. The volume can be very high if needed and I know that some people have complained that watching a movie the sound is not sometimes in sync with the picture. This had happen but all I had to do is reset the adapter or stop the video and restart it and it's been fine. ONE CRITIC. So far (unless Apple can update that) Previous/Next track does NOT work with iPhone or iPod Touch. You can play/pause and answer/end calls and control volume but that's it. Anyway, this is a great still a great product.

I purchased a different Bluetooth at my local Verizon store. It was much larger and very uncomfortable in the ear (I have small ears). The sales person also convinced me that the over-ear "hook" attached to that model was necessary to keep it in place. It was VERY annoying with sunglasses and just didn't feel right. I returned it and ordered this one from Amazon. It fits my ear very comfortably - sometimes I forget I'm wearing it - and very securely - I have not seen any need for the "hook" (which can be purchased separately if you prefer one).

I reviewed this product before but I must add something I've found out after months of use.



This thing is great in the wind!



I've reviewed maybe 9 other bluetooth headsets on Amazon but none of them can do this. I can bicycle downhill at top speed and hold a normal conversation while the listener can't even tell that I'm moving!



The trick is that I have to turn my head just slightly to the side. Not much at all, maybe 1 inch off center but I've never seen another unit that can deal with the high wind at that speed.



I think it's because it has such a small opening for the sound from my voice that once it's turned just a bit, the wind goes right by and the listener can't even tell. I've tested it down hill multiple times and use it whenever I bicycle.



The only downside is that in a quiet room, it's not as perfectly clear as some of the other ones, but hey. I can't beat it in the wind. I keep two different headsets now, one for normal use and this one for bicycling or windy days outside. See my other reviews if you want a comparison of other brands.

I have only had it for a day and it sucks. I bought it cause i liked the design and the color and that it fit in my ear really good, but everyone i talk to on it couldn't hear me if there is any noise in the background. Anytime i touch it i either hang up on the person I'm talking to or call the last person i talked to. I've used a few bluetooth headsets and this is the worst for background noise. I wish it would have worked like it says it does cause it is cool. I will be returning it.

This headset is unusable because it's impossible to place this headset on your ear without hitting the call/hang up button. I ended up placing too many accidental calls to count and I hung up on people while adjusting the headset on my ear. I am returning this headset - all of the other features don't matter if you are constanting calling people by accident and hanging up on others.

I have tried many different bluetooth headsets and have hated them all! I never found one that was comfortable enough or that fit right. I ordered this one as a last-ditch effort to find one to use while driving. It takes a little while to get used to as the call button is ill-placed (I am constantly re-dialing my last call by accident while placing it in my ear), but overall, I love this little gadget! And its very small, so it's not standing out there like a sore thumb. Call quality is great, no feedback either. I have had this for a week and haven't had to recharge it yet. Kudos to Samsung for this wonderful little device!
