My previous Bluetooth Wep170 by Samsung functioned well but over time parts just kept wearing out. The ear loop broke and I took my husbands but then I lost my bluetooth altogether. This replacement unit is working great but the loop is very uncomfortable. The sound and useability is okay but I think it could be improved upon.

This product would not work with my blue-tooth cellphone. However the manner in which it arrived was acceptable and timely.

Great service from the seller, but the product is not that good. The volume went out within 30 days. People would call and you could not hear what they were saying, and they could not hear me. Still having a hard time with Samsung to get the warrenty fulfilled. Your money is better spent on another product.
