I absolutely love the H700c and have bought ones for other friends and family with no complaints. Not sure if some here just got a bad lot or something. I did buy mine off tiger d, but wil probably buy one off here since mine went through the wash cycle!

I purchased this Bluetooth for the wife because she liked the one I have. When it arrived it did not work and I returned it for another. The second one arrived broken. It was not the packaging but it was probably broken before it was packed. Because of the delay and poor results I asked for and received my money back.

This is the second one I've purchased (dropped my first one in the lake). I didn't even need the instructions to pair the devices - I simply went to the bluetooth icon on my phone and followed the trail for pairing devices (done in 30 seconds). My favorite feature is being able to turn the bluetooth on/off by flipping the boom mike.

The only thing I liked about this headset is the Amazon Frustration Free packaging, which was very nice. It also was easy to pack back up to return to Amazon.
The unit itself is VERY tiny. The boom mike folds open and closed, which also turns the device on/off. The reflective coating is very lightly coated with a fake-smoke-colored-chrome plastic, which shows blemishes very quickly. For those to whom it is important, this headset is made in China. I don't care about that, but I expect my equipment to work!
The headset itself came with a cosmetic blemish, which I ignored. The instructions for use said that when you opened the boom mike, the headset was supposed to go into pairing mode. This did not work at all. I called customer service and after some conversation back and forth I found out that you can force the pairing mode as follows:
1. Start with the mike closed.
2. Hold the call button until the purple button lights continuously. CONTINUE TO HOLD THE CALL BUTTON.
3. Open the mike while the button is still being held. If the button stays purple, then it is in pairing mode.
I had to do this several times until it paired. Then I actually tried to use it.
As near as I can tell, the mike on my unit was defective. I was unable to voice dial or to have people hear from me if I manually dialed or answered.
It is pretty clear to me that the programming on the one I got was wrong; it does not auto pair as described in the single page instructions.
AND it didn't work - so I would avoid this one!
