I have been using my Moto HS805 for several years now.

I loved being able to use a AAA battery but hated the size.

I bought the H15 and I love it!

The sound is clearer than the HS805.

When I'm driving with my windows down, I don't hear that

tell-tale hiss; neither do the people I am speaking to.

It's so light, I sometimes forget I'm wearing it.

I did buy the H12 from Costco a few months back;

Hated It!

I would recommend this headset to anyone using Bluetooth;

especially in California where it is now LAW to use a

Bluetooth headset while driving!!!

This product was shipped to me in "frustration free packaging" It was shipped without a base charger and 3 of the earbuds. It was all scratched up and appeared to be used for quite some time. This packaging enables Amazon to use returned items and hide them as new. This surprises me that amazon would do this as I have never had a problem with them before. I will not do frustration free packaging again.

Would not consistently pair, poor sound. In the past Motorola has performed very well but not in this case. returned them & ordered 2 plantronics 925. very satisfied with the fit

This would have been a great item, if it had arrived with all items included in the product description. Instead, it arrived re-packaged by Amazon in the new "Frustration-Fee packaging." I believe this is done to allow Amazon to buy in bulk - it also results in allowing them to repackage returned items and sell as if new. In reading the item description, and the instruction booklet that came with the headset, I quickly realized that the protective seal was missing on the microphone (i.e. removed by someone else who probably bought it originally), and two key components were missing - the desktop charger, and the assorted pack of different size earbuds. The "Frustration-Fee" packaging means that you receive a generic brown box that has had the item and whatever other components you're fortunate enough to receive, sealed by Amazon. Unfortunately it was NOT sealed by the manufacturer, and the item can be used or missing parts, like this order. It's really not that hard to cut into the plastic packaging that comes with an original Motorola headset - and by getting it in the original packaging, you are assured that everything is intact. This new packaging is just a con, and I will make sure that any future orders I place do not offer this packaging option.

Ok, does not fall off your ear fits snuggly. I can hear people very clearly. But when you have a table fan going people can not hear. Everyone is telling me this when I am in a room with the table fan on. To me it does not let you talk for 4 hours. I have to recharge all the time but it charges fast...So even though they say its the best product out there, to each its own.
