I've had a few of the same model (keep loosing them). It's a bit quirky. One day it will take voice commands and call the numbers I've asked it to call. Other days, it's hard of hearing. I'll say, "Call Office" and it'll reply, "Call Bob?" or something random. Other days it'll get the name right and ask, "Call Office?" and I'll say, "Yes" and it'll say, "I didn't get your answer". On other days it got lots of sleep the night before and calls just fine without any problems. Go figure. It also tends to slip a bit from off my ear or get a bit loose in the ear and makes me hold it with my hand to get to stay in place and be loud enough during a call.

this is a good headset i think its nice and handy for where ever i go. plus i dont even have to talk real loud either on it. i thought i had to but it sensitive enough to acualy hear normal tone.
