I did not have high expectations for this headset when I purchased it. In this price range ($20) I figured it would be adequate, at best. I was pleasantly surprised-it works great in the car, while walking (if you are walking a busy street traffic noise can be an issue). In relatively quiet environments, it is excellent. I have even used it while riding my bicycle (5 miles an hour or less)and have been pleased with the quality of sound. While I was on vacation I wore it quite a lot and many times forgot that I had it on. I would recommend it to a friend.
The frustration free packaging included a manufacturer's printed instruction pamphlet and it was very easy to pair and use.
