Quality was above expectation for the price. Came with all the original documentation/packaging & owners manual. Easy instructions on how to pair up with your phone. You can manually adjust the volume, on & off function via the earpeice. It only came with 1 rubber ear peice the round one. It didn't come with the 2nd oval peice which fits more comfortable in the ear. If you wear it long enough your ear adjust to the peice.
