I would have to say that I received my order very quickly. My only problem is that if i'm using the headset the person on the other line can't hear me that well.

I have a couple different headsets. My advice is to ensure that you are purchasing brand new, original Motorola products. The easiest way to do that is to find ones in original Motorola retail packaging. They may cost a little more, but I still found an HS-850 for $35. If you ask me, it's worth the risk because if you get one that's refurbished or a knock-off, it probably won't last. I had one that quit working after a week for no reason. I am, however, very happy with the one I bought in retail packaging, which I am still using.

this item is good, but the people i talk to say they can hear themselves so they always ask me not to use it, so it isent very useful

Positives: Great price, great product, good batter life, connects quickly. Bought the OEM pack/bulk packaging and I was pleasantly surprised for under $25 each I purchased two of these for gifts. My retail unit was over $75 about a year ago. Volume is good, and can be adjusted on the bluetooth.
Neg: Can become uncomfortable after wearing it after about 30 minutes. You won't notice it if your talking, but you won't wear it for 3 or 4 hours if you're not talking. Also I would prefer if it had a standard USB charger instead of the unique Motorola connector. When traveling I can't share my blackberry charger with it, I have to take the Motorola along too. The blackberry just uses a standard USB jack.
Conclusion, For under $25 dollars it's an excellent deal. If it were $50 I'd pass.
