This is the first time I had an issue with Amazon. Normally they are fine. Not this time. This item should be listed as USED. It came with a Verizon brand charger that was clearly used (it had scratches, etc.) as was the Jabra unit itself. Amazon should be upfront with the description and as I said list it as USED. The USB charger that had been listed in the description was NOT included. I was very disappointed with Amazon, but they did compensate me which is of some help. I really wish though that it had come with the USB charger as I had expected and I wish the item was not used.

If you want a used Jabra SP700, purchase this one. Frustration-Free Packaging must mean "used" to Amazon. Save yourself the trouble and get elsewhere. I also received the used Verizon Wireless car charger with it. Returning this now.

Plain and simple: Amazon's so-called Frustration-free Packaging option needs A LOT of help. I ordered this product, and after 10 days in shipping, it finally arrived. The unit didn't look use per say, but it didn't look new either. Also it didn't come with a manual, AND the USB charger wasn't included. Only the car charger. And the car charger wasn't a Jabra-branded charger but Verizon! Real nice Amazon. I agree with the other review here: Get the product, but pay the $1 or $2 for regular packaging so you're guaranteed a NEW product. I could do better off of eBay!

I knew the price was too good to be true... it is! The unit showed up in a baggie, with scratches all over. The performance is poor, which further confirms it is a refurbished unit. No issues with that... except SHOPCELL promotes it as 'new'
