I've been looking for this product for a while and once I received it, I was soooo happy. I love it. I'm able to hear clear. It don't hurt my ear. I'm loving it. When they said that it would be delivered on a certain date, it arrived. Glad to have it.

Design is fine but it was unusable as my voice would constantly break up and the other person has to ask me to repeat myself before I give up and switch back to regular mode.
