I am fairly satisfied with the Motorola H550 Bluetooth headset. When speaking into it, it sounds muffled to the other person. I already had a Motorola H550 Bluetooth headset and have been very happy with it so I ordered one for my wife. Not all Motorola H550 Bluetooth headsets are alike apparently.

When purchasing a new product, one expects for it to be in a new condition. New products typically come with all of their accessories. In the past I have purchased a 550 headset from Walmart. The headset came with 3 different earhooks (s,m,l). This product did not come with the extra earhooks. They have the old saying: caveat emptor. Technically I could have read the other reviews concerning the dissatisfied customers who also did not receive their earhooks, but I guess I expected too much? In all fairness, the vendor did allow me the option of returning my merchandise and ordering a different style of headset. My actual rating for this transaction is a 3.5, but as a 3.5 is not an option, I bumped it up to a 4 out of respect for the vendor.

I got the item in record time. It works great so far. Love the color, if I miss place it, you can find pink quick. It is light and very handy. I can hear just fine on it, it does not have a snugg fit on the ear though.

Pros: Very easy to setup. I was done in about 5 minutes! Very nice color and very feminine. The sound quality is not bad. When I use it, there is no background noice, no static... Cons: This particular model does not sit in or on the ear very securely. The actual piece that fits over the ear is made of a plastic material and isnt't very sturdy. But for the price, it was a great purchase.

The device is super sensitive. if you talk a little bit loud becomes a mess. the battery lasts for like 6 hours of use and I think is great. It charges super fast and the prize worth it for the quality of the device. Definitely is one of the best options online for that prize. I will buy like 4 more for all my relatives at Christmas.
