First of all, this is the lightest, most comfortable bluetooth ear piece I've ever owned. It is user friendly, and has a long battery life. It's also simple and stylish. For the price, it's an excellent buy! Most of the time, the sound quality is also great. However, sometimes I get some static noise. If it wasn't for that, it would be perfect!

Excellent earpiece, I bought two so I had a back-up! Only gripe I have is that the charger has a metal piece that holds the magnets to the base that help nest the earpiece to the charger - well that metal piece comes unstuck eventually making charging difficult until fixed. Outside that - great product!!

I just received my bluetooth today..When I open the package..The headset is silver color instead of white..I am very disappointed of that..It doesnt look anything like the picture it shows on the page..Also..The charging case..The metal part come off..I have stick it back in..I will use it for couple days to see..If it's not very good..I will return it..
