I only buy these because they sound good, the battery last for a long time and the unit it self lasts for about 2 years if you take care if it( dont bend the mic the wrong way too far). I have had 4 so far and as long as I can buy them this is the only one I will buy!

I like this device a lot for it's ease of use, comfort and the clarity of conversation. It is easy for you to hear and even more importantly the other party hears you clearly also! I didn't give it 5 stars because it disconnects too frequently without provocation. It connects easily has never lost signal during an active call, but when idle it just disconnects for a while. This is definitely due to the device because my other devices ( motorola and Jabra ) did not do this with the same phone. However, in all other areas the Plantronics outshines those other two, especially comfort. I also have to say the price is not the best but simply worth it.

The Plantronics Voyager 510 has great clarity. I have had no one complain that they could not hear me either. The only thing that I dislike is how the on/off button seems hard to press but is not a huge concern for me. It is much better than any Motorola unit I have ever used and the sound in and outbound is great.

After using this device, I really find it's too big to be comfortable. I can hear and be heard well enough, but there is an annoying tendency for the connection to drop for no apparent reason between the device and my phone (an AT&T Sony Ericsson W350a). Additionally, the only button on it that still works is the connect/disconnect button on the side of the boom. The others on the back of the device are broken, even though I've hardly touched them. I would not buy another one of these devices.

the item i bought worked for a week then something went wrong with the off and on switch so i went back to using cell phone period. not at all happy with item. i knew what i expected out of product and its use. the switchs did not seem to be sufficent quality to work correctly.
