Prior to buying this one, I was using a Plantronics Explorer 330, which is definitely a budget headest. I use a Windows Mobile 5 phone.
The form factor itself is nice. It's small and lightweight. The ear gels are comfortable. When you first wear it, it feels like it's going to fall out of your ear, but that has never happened to me.
The pairing is pretty much the same as with my first Plantronics headset. I had some issues with the headset not turning off initially, but it turned out to be a problem with the phone, not the headest.
People have commented on the fact that call quality has improved greatly since I picked up this headset. There's much less static, and if I'm wearing the phone on a belt holster, it sounds no different from using the phone directly.
The charge pocket is OK, but sometimes I do wish I could plug the wall charger directly into my headset like my old Explorer allowed. I can understand how it can be convenient for people who travel a lot, though.
The catch? This headset is very tricky to use compared to the Explorer 330. It takes a little time to figure out, and you'll look like a fool as you fumble with the features for the first few days.
Bottom line? If you're tech-savvy and would like to save some cash, pick this one up. Otherwise, you might be better with a different headset.

Its a great BT for the price... good battery life, functionality and i like th eoptions for the ear bud sizes (S,M,L) and the support hook.
Cons: REALLy hard botton for on off and vol... wierd charger... you gotta dock it into the battery chager pen like thing....
over all i would ecommend if on a budget

I bought this because it is supposed to work with two phones. So far, I have been so unhappy with this bluetooth headset that I have not taken time to explore its options. The charge barely lasts 8 hours. In addition, the charging device is cumbersome. The ear piece sometimes falls off. All in all, I feel like I wasted my money. This is unusual for a plantronics bluetooth headset. I have owned several. All but this one were reliable.

I bought this because I thought it was a good price and was able to pair with more than one phone which would be perfect. It works ok but doesn't work with the advertised distance from the handset and the reception/transmission quality is not very good. Most people on the other end of my connection complain about my words being cut off and also static.
